Apostle Mark and Pastor Ann Excel co-founded Voice of Freedom Int’l Ministries in 1989. In 1995 Voice of Freedom School of Ministry was founded. Apostle Excel travels wherever God sends him, breaking new ground and training end-time armies of the Lord for global evangelization.

1995 — Voice of Freedom School of Ministry established.

2018 — Online ministry and global outreach strengthened.
