Our Mission

1. The Gospel of the Kingdom must be preached to every nation and every people as a witness so that no one will have an excuse on that day (Matthew 24:14).
2. Our mission is to help fulfill this global mandate.
3. As a missionary, I have sacrificed everything in life—having been shown hell by the Lord Jesus Christ to witness the suffering of those who rejected Him, and having been shown heaven to witness its glory and joy.
4. I am determined to know nothing except Jesus Christ and Him crucified (1 Corinthians 2:2).
5. We are committed to training and sending all who are willing to become Ambassadors of Jesus Christ for global mission.

Our Vision

1. To enhance the spirit of excellence in the administration of the local Church and in the operation of spiritual offices and gifts within the Body of Christ.
2. To provide encouragement and support to those serving in the mission field.
3. To ensure that new believers remain strong in the faith and do not fall away due to lack of support or encouragement.

Our Goal

1. To ensure that every person in the church and ministry community receives spiritual training.
2. To provide free biblical and ministry education through the Voice of Freedom School of Ministry.
3. To offer open enrollment and free teachings to all who desire to grow.

Statement of Faith

• We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.
• We believe in one Supreme God who is the Creator of all things, seen and unseen.
• We believe in Jesus Christ as the incarnate Son of God, born of the Virgin Mary, put to death on the cross for our sins, resurrected on the third day, and will return to judge the living and the dead.
• We believe in the Holy Spirit as revealer of secrets, comforter, and giver of life.
• We believe that man was created in the image of God but fell; salvation comes through Jesus Christ.
• We believe in water baptism by immersion and in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with accompanying signs.
• We believe in all the gifts and fruit of the Spirit, sanctification, divine healing, and intensive world evangelism.
• We believe in fellowship and unity of all believers in Christ Jesus.
• We believe in the sanctity of marriage and the institution of government for the good of citizens.

Apostle Mark and Pastor Ann Excel

Apostle Mark and Pastor Ann Excel co-founded Voice of Freedom Int’l Ministries in 1989. In 1995 Voice of Freedom School of Ministry was founded.
